The Sheer Heart Attack red Vinyl from Japan

Is this issue a legend? Yes but partially. Because a collector friend of mine, who for personal reason decided to remain anonymous have got a red vinyl LP of Sheer Heart Attack.

In Record Collector number 221 (June 1998) the first serious Queen collector article was published: “Queen The Crown Jewels”. Many rare items were missing from that top 100 Queen rarites and many other appeared there without any serious reason. At number 3 we read “Sheer Heart Attack (Elektra P 10137E japanese LP, white label, red vinyl promo only, 1977)”. In the text of this article it’s said that Roger Taylor in person has got this album while a French red vinyl copy of this album is a counterfeit!!!
