 Why Angola copies exist?

Angola was a Portuguese colony until it became independent in 1975. This year directly explains the origin of this item, since it's quite strange and even obscure to hear of an early Queen item with PS from an African country! But indeed the first three singles were released in Angola, but not surprising with exactly the same PS and even the same catalogue and matrix number as the Portuguese pressing.
There are still a few minor differences between the two pressings though. For example on the back of the Portuguese pressing of SSOR there is an image of the first single "Keep yourself alive" which is missing on the Angolian pressing . Furthermore the type of letter used on the Angolian pressing differs slightly from the one used on the Portuguese, both on the back sleeve as on the labels.
And finally of course the fact that they both are fabricated in their own country which is stated on both the back sleeve as on the labels ('Fabricado em Portugal' and 'Fabricado em Angola'). On the bottom of the back PS of the Angolian pressing, on the slip that keeps front and back side together, is printed "<<A Minerva>> Luanda 1975" which seems to indicate that this pressing was made only in 1975 which is much later than the Portuguese (and other European) pressing.
Worth mentioning are also errors on the A-side label of the Angolian pressing where not only the second part of the songtitle is missing but also it is stated that the song comes from the album "Quem II"! After becoming independent Angola stopped pressing singles of Western groups like Queen because they either couldn't spare the money for such luxury goods or focussed more on African music.
